Receiving your order: packaging, contents and documents
After delivery, compare the products received with the agreed order. This short checklist can help you check every detail and explain any issue clearly.

Inspect the outer packaging
Look for visible damage or signs of opening. If you have concerns, record the condition of the packaging and contact the supplier with your order number. Keep the packaging and documents until the issue is resolved.
Compare names and quantities
Check the products against your invoice or order confirmation. For example, the TEOSYAL PureSense Deep Lines product page lists 2 syringes of 1 ml: the number of packs should be checked separately from the contents of each pack.
Do not rely on the colour of the box alone. The full name and volume help distinguish items with similar packaging.
Keep your shipment information
Compare available batch and expiry information with the label. File the documents so you can find them by order.
Storage conditions are defined in the manufacturer's instructions for the specific product. Do not apply a single temperature range to the entire catalogue.
How to report a discrepancy
Prepare your order number, product name, a short description of the issue and photos of the packaging if needed. Use the contact details on the page for order support.
Check the return eligibility and terms for a specific product before purchasing. This checklist covers checking an order; it does not replace the agreed supply terms.
