Ordering for a clinic: how to prepare a clear enquiry

A well-prepared enquiry means fewer follow-up questions. Put your product, company and delivery details in one message so that the team can discuss your order efficiently.

Use complete product names

Copy the full name and link from the catalogue. For example, for TEOSYAL PureSense Deep Lines, 2 syringes of 1 ml state the required number of packs separately.

If you are considering several items, list each on a separate line. Do not group different variants of a range under the brand name alone.

Prepare your billing details

Include the legal company name, registration or VAT number, billing address and the contact responsible for the order. List the delivery address separately if it is different.

Mention any additional batch information or documents needed for internal records in advance. Their availability must be confirmed for the selected item.

Agree on delivery arrangements

For delivery, include the country, city, postcode and full address. For collection, confirm that the order is ready and agree on a time. Available options are listed on the page about Pegasus Pharma delivery terms.

If you have a preferred delivery date, mention it in your enquiry. Whether that date can be met must be confirmed separately.

A quick checklist before sending

  • Full names and links to specific products.
  • Number of packs for each item.
  • Company details and a contact for confirmation.
  • Delivery address and preferred timing.
  • List of required documents.

Visit the clinic enquiries section to discuss your purchase.
